Our team has broad experience with a range of aerospace, medical and automotive programs. We’ve worked on several start up programs developing first of a kind prototypes for rotorcraft, UAS and manned spacecraft programs.
We specialize in carbon composite and electromechanical assemblies used in any industry. Our composite structures have improved manufacturing costs and delivered high performance in new applications for many customers.

Eric Schnabel
Retired Airborne Ranger Combat Infantryman with multiple deployments across the globe. 25 years of experience in the U.S. Army from the Squad to Secretary level within the Department of Defense. Worked and deployed with multiple Airborne Divisions and Special Operations Task Forces with a keen understanding of the War-Fighter mentality and tools needed to win on the battlefield. Expertise in business development, focused on assisting small to mid-sized companies reach their highest potential.
Terry Buelna
25 years in the U.S. aerospace and automotive industries, specializing in drivetrain and mechanical systems design. Worked with OEMs such as Boeing, Rockwell, Rolls-Royce, Nissan, and McDonnell-Douglas. Involved U.S. Space Shuttle, International Space Station, Boeing 737 and 757 commercial aircraft, Rolls-Royce BR710 and BR715 turbofan engines, McDonnell-Douglas Delta II and Delta IV rockets, and Nissan’s Championship winning IMSA GTP race car.
